For many years the stone for this sculpture was a backing block for a stone carver's bench.
It was a rectangular prism which contained two holes by which the block was fixed to the bench. Since its creation was originally to hold work static, I wanted the block to reveal a sculpture that was moving, dancing and having a lot of fun.
Material: Carrara marble.
